Daniel has been a dedicated tax and business advisor to a diverse client base for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience in business and tax consulting and has provided these services to a variety of industries including real estate, agriculture, manufacturing, professional service, retail, construction, and transportation. Working with both business and individual clients, Daniel has been instrumental in the implementation of systems and plans that have saved taxes and provided improved information for clients. He also has provided tax planning and compliance services to a variety of estates and trusts.
Daniel has a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, emphasis in accounting from Santa Clara University. Other topics of significance while at Santa Clara University were mathematics and ethics. Currently, Daniel builds on that invaluable education though a variety of continuing education courses and continually strengthens character by exceeding ethical education requirements.
Dan feels fortunate to be part of PBF and work with his partners, Eileen and Ralph. Prior to joining PBF, Dan has worked in industry as well as other public accounting firms. He was instrumental in designing and implementing systems that turned around a failing previous employer.
Daniel is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Stanislaus Estate Planning Council and the Northern California Field Trial Gunners Association.
Daniel is blessed to share his life with his wife, Jolene, and their two children, Thomas and Ashleigh. Recognizing the value of education, both he and Jolene worked diligently to pay their own way through college. They could not be more proud that Thomas and Ashleigh have embraced their quest for knowledge. In his free time, Daniel can be found spending time with his family as well as enjoying music and training retrievers.
