Dear friends and clients,

With the restrictions in our area loosening up our staff have started returning to the office and will start calling clients June 1st. Office hours (subject to change):         

M-Th 9:00 – 3:00   Closed 12:00-1:00

Fridays Closed from 5/29/20 - 9/4/2020

We are following recommended procedures for the protection of staff and our clients.

Here’s what you can expect from our offices until further notice:

  1. Our partners and staff will be alternating work schedules between office and remote locations to facilitate client interaction, while still promoting social distancing.
  2. Signs will be posted both outside and in the lobby, indicating the following:
    1. Masks are required for all staff while interacting with clients and should be worn by all clients entering our offices.
    2. No more than 1 client will be allowed in the lobby at the same time, unless from the same household. We discourage bringing children to our offices at this time.
  3. Meetings with partners will be by appointment only and shall be held via zoom, or by phone.
  4. We recommend calling ahead if you plan to visit one of our offices. This will enable office staff to properly clean and disinfect after each client interaction. For clients who dropped off in our Modesto office and are usually Oakdale office clients, please call ahead of time, so that we can ensure your documents are ready for pickup in the correct office.
  5. Sneeze guards have been installed in both of our offices, in order to facilitate proper social distance between staff and clients. Hand sanitizer will be available in the reception area.

Although, we have chosen to re-open our offices to the public we still strongly encourage clients to provide any necessary documents or information to our office electronically, if possible.
